Enter your own funnel and margin, and the calculator works out:
Scenario results are based on the assumptions you enter. They are not a HumanOps performance guarantee.
The starting values are an example that shows how the calculator works. They are not results measured at a HumanOps customer, so replace them with your own numbers.
Count only the closed-won opportunities Sophia adds. If some of these buyers would reach you through your current form or other channels anyway, lower the rates until only the extra ones are left.
At more than 1,000 conversations a month Sophia needs a custom scope, which HumanOps quotes after a call. The figures keep the Standard fees so you can still see the provider side.
| Line | Paid to | Amount |
|---|
Provider amounts use the list prices published on 2026-10-10, converted at the European Central Bank rate of 2026-10-09, 1 euro to 1.1206 US dollars. HumanOps adds no markup, and none of the provider or server amounts is paid to HumanOps.
This view counts cash as it leaves and arrives. The €9,000 implementation fee is paid in month 0, the monthly costs start in month 1, and gross margin starts once the first conversations have reached closed-won.
| After | Gross margin | Cash costs | Net result | Return |
|---|
Return is cumulative gross margin minus cumulative cash costs, divided by cumulative cash costs.
For business-case comparison only. This spreads the one-time implementation fee across the selected planning horizon. It is not an accounting or tax treatment.
| Planning horizon | Equivalent monthly implementation cost |
|---|
Changing the horizon here does not move the cash payback.
Each held meeting arrives with the buyer’s questions answered and the qualification written down. If that saves your team time, enter what the time is worth. It is an estimate of operational value and only enters the cash payback when you switch it on.
The Sophia Implementation Services fee, paid once, covers a fixed scope: one website, one product family, 15 to 30 approved sources, one booking flow, one CRM write, one language, one approver, installed on your own server. Your team spends about 40 hours across the two weeks and names five roles before day 1: project owner, the salesperson who knows your buyer questions, content owner, approver, and a web and IT contact. One person can hold several.
Kick-off, your buyers, how you sell, and the qualification model.
Your material becomes facts your approver signs off, each source with an owner and a review date.
Tone, slides, handoff path and privacy settings. Sophia is installed on your server.
Your sales team adds 10 to 20 real buyer questions to the test suite. Two fix rounds.
Acceptance walkthrough and go-live on your website.
Administrator training, runbook and sign-off.
No customer implementation has run yet. The first ones will show whether this schedule holds. Until then it is a plan, not a record.

Book 30 minutes and bring these numbers. We go through each assumption with you and put the scope and the price in writing.
